Ducati Hypermotard Supermoto from Ducati Motorcycles
Ducati Hypermotard, a cool high performance supermoto from Ducati Motorcycles. Father of the 749 and 999 superbikes, designer Pierre Terblanche has once again come up with something that can leave no one indifferent.

"Targeted squarely at the 'funbike' category, the model is available in two versions -- Hypermotard 1100 and Hypermotard 1100 S -- with both models sharing Ducati's proven two-valve air/oil-cooled Desmodromic powerplant and trademark trellis steel frame.Other members of the Ducati line-up which utilise the air/oil-cooled powerplant, but offer a less aggressive styling option to the Hypermotard, are the sports-tourer Multistrada 1100 and naked Monster 1100, both also available in S variations."

"Ducati only introduced the Hypermotard 1100 in 2007 but since then the buoyant Bologna factory has been making a series of upgrades across its bike range, mostly to the engines. And with strong modularity across the models, it makes more sense to update the Hypermotard than to leave it alone, hence this, the new Ducati Hypermotard 1100 Evo."
from Motorcycle USA
"It should be law that every motorcyclist owns a Hypermotard whether you are a Harley fan, ride across continents on BMWs or think that a GSXR1000 is the minimum needed to get to the shopping mall. And yes, that includes classic bike riders too. The Hyper-motard is the soul of motorcycling and even if you only used the bike on high days and holidays it truly is a must have purchase."
from Cycleworld
"The bike is so intuitive that if you merely think “corner,” it steers and leans into it with ease. When I increased the pace, the highly competent chassis and the ultra-flexible air-cooled V-Twin stepped into play to allow a great ride."
from bikepoint
"There's no shortage of competition when it comes to twin-cylinder performance bikes, with Suzuki, BMW, Aprilia, Harley, Buell and Moto Guzzi all willing to sell you something along those lines. However,litre-plus supermotards are much thinner on the ground. The only one which comes to mind is BMW's HP2 Megamoto, which claims an extra 20 horses and is priced at $28,400. In effect, Ducati seems to have carved out a market niche of one."
The Duke Hypermotard is at the top of its game in this class, but don't make up your mind until you've seen:
